Lisa brings an exceptional level of expertise in the areas of complex Limited Liability Companies, partnerships and high net-worth individuals, especially in the real estate and private equity industries.

She earned her B.A in Business Administration in Accounting at Hofstra University.

In the 20+ years since graduation she first spent 8 years with the “Big 4” and obtained her CPA certification before joining the accounting firm of WeiserMazars in their New York headquarters office. Four years later Lisa entered into private industry as a Controller managing financial and tax reporting with Phoenix Realty Group, a multi-billion dollar private equity firm.

Lisa relocated from New York to the Bay Area to join Hellman & Friedman, a private equity firm with over 25 billion in committed capital, as their Controller. When Lisa realized she was happiest serving the accounting-related needs of individual clients, Calegari & Morris was fortunate to hire her in 2014.
