Karissa Lilley

Karissa graduated from Tulane University with a B.S. with dual majors in Accounting and Finance. While at Tulane, Karissa was very active in a number of honor societies and enjoyed the benefits of internships in several financial institutions. After moving to San Francisco to begin her career, she enrolled in the Masters in Tax program at Golden Gate University. Karissa is a CPA in California.

Karissa joined Calegari & Morris in 2008 after seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she was a Tax Manager. In addition to gaining significant compliance and planning skills, she built an incredible body of knowledge including co-managing a large compliance team in the Private Companies Services Group and developing training materials.
