Connie Tiret

Connie Tiret has both a BS in education from Miami University and an MBA in accounting from Indiana University. She joined Calegari & Morris in 1996, bringing years of experience to her work as firm administrator. Most recently she served as controller at Micro/Resources. Previously, Connie was director of auditing at Tiret & Co., CPAs and audit senior manager at Price Waterhouse in San Francisco.

In her role as firm administrator, Connie's responsible for all of the firm's internal accounting processes, financial reporting, risk management, human resources, benefits and facilities management, as well as for the overall management of the administrative team. An integral part of our the firm’s management team, Connie makes certain that we stay current with every major tax law change and update in tax preparation software, including research and tax preparation tools. Due in large part to Connie's diligence, we've been able to expand our capabilities significantly in these areas over the last few years, sharing important new information with our clients in our annual tax preparation packages and our tax update letters. Thanks to Connie, our clients have the advantage of knowing all the latest tax and payroll-withholding information.

A resident of Mill Valley, Connie has served on numerous community boards. Currently, she is a board member of the San Francisco Ladies' Protection and Relief Society, a life care residence for the elderly. Married with two sons (both CPA’s!), Connie is an aspiring golfer and chef. She enjoys spending time with her family whether on the golf course, on the road, or at a Giants' game.
