Hugh McMenamin

Georgetown University presented Hugh McMenamin with a BA and three years later with his JD from the Law Center.

Before becoming a member of the team at Calegari & Morris in 1999, Hugh had a wide and varied career, including being an analyst for the House of Representatives Education Subcommittee. He also worked as a copyright examiner for the U.S. Copyright Office; as an attorney for U.S. Customs; a technical representative and lead supervisor at CCH Computax; and as a tax preparer for Bancroft, Avery, and McAlister.

At the firm, Hugh's clients are primarily individuals for whom he he handles trust and gift tax situations. Like his colleagues, Hugh believes in taking a proactive approach with clients, practicing active communication with his clients on an ongoing basis.

A member of the California and Washington D.C. Bar Associations, Hugh enjoys traveling, jogging, and following his favorite baseball team—the Red Sox.
